In the field of IR analysis, the Institute for Food Quality offers a wide range of calibration and reference materials for customers from the dairy industry. We serve almost every measuring channel of your IR instrument with suitable material. In the fresh range, the portfolio includes a weekly filled, untreated raw milk, biweekly produced standards from pasteurised milk as well as linearity series of different parameters (fat and protein monthly, lactose quarterly). In the field of frozen standards, we work together with our cooperation partner DRRR to offer you a comprehensive range of products (raw milk, pasty milk, cream, whey products) with a very long shelf life (> 1 year). Our many years of experience as well as our specialist knowledge from development enable us to implement customer-specific special standards which can be produced in close cooperation with the customer, specifically tailored to his operational needs. As you can see, we offer the complete range of dairy quality assurance by means of IR, so that you can continuously control your production and fine-tune the profitable adjusting screws.
